TOO MANY ADS

How can I learn to use the app if there is an ad popping up all the time? I couldnt even rate the app for what it actually does because I was so frustrated with the ads that I just deleted the app all together. Fix the amount of ads that pop up, and then Ill see if the app works well enough.
